Oggi tutto grida: verde! Dalla riduzione del consumo di energia e degli sprechi a problemi ambientali.
Il nostro futuro, inutile a dirlo, dipende dalla nostra capacità di salvaguardare la nostra salute e quella del pianeta.
Durante la prima fase di riapertura, dopo mesi di blocco causa Coronavirus, sarà essenziale rassicurare i clienti sui problemi sanitari, e tutte le aziende dovranno lavorare per mantenerli tranquilli e fiduciosi per ritornare a cenare o bere un caffè nei propri locali.
Con molta probabilità, oltre al continuo crescere delle consegne a domicilio, i consumatori inizieranno con rivolgersi al cibo di strada con prodotti locali, riportandoci anche ad apprezzare i cibi più sani.
Per riportarli all’interno dei vostri locali, c’è bisogno prima di tutto di resilienza, e di prepararsi ad alzare l’asticella, perché sarà difficile.
Bisognerà considerare il ruolo sempre più incisivo della tecnologia, per ridurre i tempi di cottura e pulizia, ma anche l’inserimento di sportelli buffet, con attrezzature che aiuteranno a fare la differenza.
Questo per la parte più tecnica ed economica.
Per la parte più estetica, le ambientazioni dei luoghi, con colori e forme, rifletteranno le mutazioni delle stagioni, verso il verde e la sostenibilità.
