Mezzo secolo al servizio del Design - Half a century at the service of Design
Oggi scopriamo un’eccellenza italiana nell’ambito dell’interior design e dell’arredamento di alto livello: Belvedere Exclusive Interiors, fondata nel 1969.
Un ambizioso progetto divenuto realtà del fondatore Massimo Presentini, che coltivando la passione per spazi abitativi lussuosi ed eleganti ha saggiamente mescolato talento, qualità e professionalità realizzando progetti di arredamento unici ed esclusivi per clienti di prestigio.
Dal 2007, con l’obiettivo della perfezione, ha dato forma ai sogni e alle idee di architetti e designer di fama internazionale.
La base operativa è posta in una delle più belle regioni d’Italia: la Toscana.
Qui grazie alle partnership con importanti realtà artigiane, riescono ad affrontare progetti esclusivi e di altissimo pregio.
Il loro campo d’azione è davvero a 360°.
Hanno l’immensa capacità della gestione completa del progetto, sia per portare a compimento abitazioni lussuose per uso quotidiano e per importanti investimenti immobiliari, ma anche per eleganti boutique hotels, moderne spa e centri benessere, fino a bar e ristoranti alla moda.
A questa bellissima torta, andiamo a mettere la ciliegina: Belvedere realizza mobili e complementi per arredare gli interni degli Yacht.
Un loro lavoro che vi invito a visionare è M/Y Life Saga 65M by Admiral.
Ma non mancano nemmeno lo studio e la realizzazione di pezzi unici attraverso Belvedere Atelier con le realizzazioni su misura, per lasciare il segno indissolubile delle preferenze individuali.
A completare l’attività oltre 1000 mq di esposizione nello Store, multi-brand, situato nel cuore della Toscana ad Arezzo.
Per poter dar forma a tutta questa magia, Belvedere può contare su un Design Center, dove prendono forma idee e concetti, per poi passare all’ufficio tecnico che permette di coprire tutte le attività necessarie al compimento della realizzazione.
In fase preliminare Belvedere Exclusive Interiors lavora con architetti e designer per garantire il risultato e ne stima i costi per affiancare il cliente nel rispetto del budget previsto.
Gestione del progetto, produzione, controllo qualità e fornitura, le fasi successive.
L’installazione è sempre supervisionata dai tecnici di Belvedere, consolidando il rapporto con il cliente grazie all’assistenza post-vendita.
La loro collezione di materiali è il risultato delle ricerche effettuate in ogni angolo del territorio come i migliori pellami, le pietre più ricercate, i metalli, le vernici speciali, vetri e specchi.
Particolare attenzione nella realizzazione di parquet con oltre 40 tipologie diverse di materiali suddivise per essenza, struttura, aspetto e formato.

Una mia nota di merito, tra le tante, la selezione dei brand Italiani ed Internazionali dello Store, non banali e scelti con un gran gusto del design.
Non vedo l’ora di creare una partnership con Belvedere Exclusive Interiors, avrò la certezza che i lavori progettati saranno realizzati alla perfezione, senza lasciare nulla al caso regalando al mio cliente un viaggio inaspettato nel design, con la possibilità di attingere ad un bagaglio di esperienze consolidato che mi garantirà il successo del progetto e la facilità di gestione del lavoro.
