Sarà che le mie origini sono della romantica città di Verona, in Italia, ma Stella del Mobile è proprio un luminoso progetto fatto di storia, cura del dettaglio, tradizione, innovazione e unicità.
La creazione dei loro prodotti è un processo unico in cui i maestri artigiani del posto custodiscono tradizioni inimitabili, utilizzando legnami della migliore qualità, lavorandoli sapientemente per ottenere mobili curati in ogni minimo dettaglio, impeccabili e di lusso.
Stella del Mobile è una realtà, una famiglia, che opera con passione nel mondo dell’arredamento, da oltre quarant’anni.
Dal 1968 i valori di amore e dedizione sono stati i pilastri per continuare a sviluppare e creare opere uniche nel suo genere, grazie all’uso di legni pregiati, intagli raffinati, linee eleganti e finiture dai colori attuali.
Andiamo a scoprire come lavorano.
“Tutto si svolge nel nostro stabilimento”. Ecco, questo è già sinonimo di un controllo di precisione in tutte le fasi della realizzazione. Quindi all’interno del loro stabilimento produttivo troviamo lo studio di progettazione, con la possibilità di personalizzare il prodotto, la falegnameria, la verniciatura e alla fine l’imballaggio.
Ogni passaggio è posto sotto la lente d’ingrandimento per garantire al cliente il massimo livello qualitativo.
Proviamo a immaginare insieme la nascita di un prodotto.
Partiamo dalla progettazione in cui da un tavolo rotondo scaturiscono i desideri e la visione del cliente che gli architetti e i designer dell’azienda traducono in forme e adattano alla funzionalità, oltre che all’estetica.
Il prodotto finale è su carta, è pronto per essere creato.
Nei 14.000 mq, quel disegno diventa una concreta realtà. Un’orchestra fatta di pantografi a controllo numerico, fresatrici, calibratrici, presse, scolpitrici, cabine di verniciatura e altri piccoli strumenti, creano il mobile.

“Everything takes place in our factory”. Here, this is already synonymous with precision control in all stages of construction. Therefore, within their production plant we find the design studio, with the possibility of customizing the product, the carpentry, the painting and finally the packaging.
Each step is placed under the magnifying glass to guarantee the customer the highest level of quality.
Let's try to imagine the birth of a product together.
Let's start from the design. The customer's desires and vision spring from a round table; then the company's architects and designers translate them into shapes and also adapt them to functionality as well as aesthetics.
The final product is on paper, it's ready to be created.
In the 14,000 square meters, that design becomes a concrete reality. An orchestra made up of numerically controlled pantographs, milling machines, calibrating machines, presses, sculpting machines, painting booths and other small tools, create the piece of furniture.
